Formation of Buger Feron: CMS BFL advised Sealogis as part of the formation of Burger Feron

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Sealogis (part of the SNCF Géodis Group) as part of the formation of a joint venture known as ‘Burger Feron’ by Royal Burger Group and Sealogis to cover their activities as maritime agencies in France. Burger Feron is 51% owned by Sealogis and 49% owned by Royal Burger Group.

Burger Feron is headquartered in Dunkerque, France, with offices in Le Havre, Rouen, Paris, Montoir and Marseille, and has a staff of 50.

For this operation, the team of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in charge of advising Sealogis consisted of Christophe Blondeau, a partner, and Cécile Sommelet, an associate (Corporate/M&A) as well as Arnaud Donguy, a partner (taxation).

The Royal Burger group was advised by KGA, with Philippe Simon, a partner and Patrice Montchaud, an associate (Corporate/M&A).
