More than just a form of entertainment, video games are also a culture, an educational tool and, above all, an industry with particularly significant economic, legal and tax challenges.

This is why our firm was a partner to the first edition of the Paris Games Week (PGW) 2024 B2B space, Future of Gaming by CMS, alongside SELL, the leisure software publishers' association (in French, the Syndicat des éditeurs de logiciels de loisirs), and SNJV, the national video games association (in French, the Syndicat national du jeu vidéo).

The Future of Gaming by CMS space was a unique opportunity for our lawyers to talk to all the sector’s players: publishers, developers, investors, content and application creators and even association representatives.

In this newsletter, we would like to review the issues raised and highlight the support our firm can offer you.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with your CMS contact lawyer.

Happy reading!
