After having advised Givaudan –the world’s leading flavour and fragrances company – on the acquisition of 40.5% of the capital of NATUREX, the world’s leader in natural ingredients from plants, CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats, went on to handle the mandatory takeover bid by Givaudan for all remaining NATUREX shares.
