CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Klépierre on its buyback offer relating to several bond issues. The buyback offer, which was launched on 28 October 2014, was settled on 6 November 2014. On the same date, as part of its EMTN Programme, Klépierre issued bonds maturing in 2024, for a total amount of €500 million, bearing interest at 1.75% and listed on Euronext Paris, a regulated market. These transactions are in line with the strategy to optimise Klépierre's debt profile and reduce its financing costs.
Linklaters advised BNP Paribas, Société Générale and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, as arranging banks for the buyback offer, and Barclays Bank PLC, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Natixis, Société Générale, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc and UBS Limited, as lead arrangers for the bond issue.
