On 20 July 2016, ITM Entreprises, an operating structure encompassing the brands Intermarché, Netto, Bricomarché, Brico Cash, Roady and Poivre brands as well as the real-estate division and the agri-food division of the Groupement des Mousquetaires, successfully completed a listed bond issue, taken up by institutional investors, for a total nominal amount of €50,000,000. The bonds bear interest at a rate of 2.25% and mature on 20 July 2023.
ITM Entreprises, an unlisted and unrated company, completed its issue in the context of a private bond placement (Euro PP) arranged by Natixis, with a listing on the Euronext Marché Libre Paris.
