CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Ramsay Générale de Santé on the sale of Clos Saint Jean in Roubaix (59) to the Domusvi group
CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Ramsay Générale de Santé on the sale by its subsidiary Lille Septentrion, of the share capital in the Clos Saint Jean nursing home in Roubaix to the Domusvi group.
The Clos Saint Jean nursing home has 76 permanent beds including 14 places for Alzheimer’s and similar care, eight temporary beds and six in-patient places. The acquisition of this home completes the range of accommodation for elderly people at all stages of dependency offered by the Domusvi group, the third largest private accommodation and services group in France and the largest in Spain.
The Ramsay Générale de Santé group is the leading provider of private hospital care in France. It owns more than 120 hospitals, clinics and healthcare centres, which welcomed and cared for around 1.6 million patients in 2016. The Ramsay Générale de Santé group recorded an annual turnover in excess of €2.226 billion for the financial year ending 30 June 2016.
