Two bond issues by Orpéa: CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advisor to the lead managers

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and ING Bank N.V. Belgian Branch in relation to two bond issues by Orpéa.

Gide assisted Orpéa in relation to two bond issues, maturing in 2022 and 2025 respectively, accepted for trading on Euronext Paris. CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre assisted Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and ING Bank N.V. Belgian Branch as Joint Lead Arrangers.
