Aline Janin has been an associate within the Employment Law Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon since 2008.

Aline mainly acts as an advisor on employment law and, together with other of the company’s lawyers, on criminal employment law and social welfare law. She advises companies on the legal aspects of individual and collective labour relations on a daily basis. She has a wealth of experience in advising privately owned companies on major complex legal procedures including restructuring, collective negotiations and URSSAF audits. She specifically works with international groups and companies in the metals sector, as well as public law associations and organisations.

She is regularly called on to conduct risk and compliance audits.

  • Contribution to the drafting of a legal guide on health and medical-social cooperation for a national agency involved in the health sector
  • Contribution to the drafting of an article on the CHSCT and public procurement
