Amaury joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2022.

He is involved in Banking & Finance on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions and in particular in project financing.

He advises lenders, borrowers, sponsors, governments and public entities on infrastructure and energy projects in France and abroad.

He also regularly assists start-ups and SMEs in their development and financing.

  • Lecturer and coordinator of the legal clinic, Université Paris-Saclay, since 2021.
