Anaïs joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2022.

She is an employment lawyer with over 12 years' experience.

She advises French and international companies on individual labor law issues (disciplinary procedures, termination/negotiations), as well as collective issues such as relations with employee representatives, working hours, health and safety aspects and restructuring/dismissal plans.

Anaïs also assists clients with litigation procedures.
