Antoine Guyomard joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2023, after two years spent with Gide (Projects – Finance & Infrastructures department) and three years with Ravetto Associés. He has developed expertise in the drafting and negotiation of contracts necessary for the development and execution of industrial and energy projects, as well as concerning the financing and sales/acquisitions of renewable energy production infrastructures.
He works in private law and energy law (advising and litigation), and assists operators in the energy sector and industry in the implementation of their projects (production, purchase/sale of energy, development and construction of complex infrastructures).
