Antoine Melchior joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2022 after having worked for a few years in an international law firm in France.
He assists strategic investors, family offices and family-owned groups of companies, investment funds and entrepreneurs and managers in all types of M&A transactions, LBOs, management packages, and joint ventures, both national and international. He is also frequently involved in venture capital transactions.
