Ariane Rolin joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2021.

She is involved in European Law and all aspect of Competition Law (cartels, abuse of dominant position, merger control and state aid).

Ariane also advises on the control of foreign investments in France

Before joining CMS Francis Lefebvre, Ariane worked as a legal consultant at the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
