Bertrand Sénéchal joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2023 as a partner.
He practices in financial market law, with a particular focus on equity markets. He advises on IPOs, capital increases, block disposals, equity securities and debt securities in the French, international and US markets.
His other practice areas relate to ad hoc and ongoing disclosure and transparency obligations, the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), corporate law, governance and profit-sharing plans.
His clients include listed French and international companies.
