Célia joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2018.
She advises both French and international companies on employment law matters, both on individual work relations (employment contracts, workplace health issues, termination of employment relations for personal and economic reasons…) and on collective relations (working time, staff representatives, restructuring…). In addition she assists employers in the organization of employees’ international mobility (notably in case of teleworking abroad).
Célia also assists her clients with litigation.
