Charlotte Rascle is an associate within the social law department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon since 2011. 

Charlotte mainly acts in counsels in labour law and in social welfare law.

She advises companies on human resources issues, on the legal aspects of individual and collective labour relations on a daily basis.

On collective labour labour relations, she has specific experience in the following fields field :  management of employee representative bodies, social audits, social restructuring, collective bargaining, health and safety (harassment), GDPR, gender equality.
