Chloé Adelbrecht-Vignes joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2021. Previously, she worked at ALERION as an associate in litigation and arbitration. She acts in all types of litigation before judicial courts as well as before arbitration tribunals, in particular in cross-border litigation, business criminal law for individuals or companies and in commercial and contractual litigation.

Relevant experience

  • Lecturer in the Master 2 in economic and European law directed by Professor Bernard Haftel, Sorbonne Paris Nord University (since 2019).
  • Associate in litigation and arbitration, ALERION (2019-2021).
  • Internships in French law firms in litigation and arbitration and in a specialize law firm for litigation at the Conseil d'Etat and the Cour de Cassation
  • Lecturer at the Sorbonne Law School and at the Sorbonne Management School (2010-2016).

  • Member of LEX, association of students and former students of the Master 2 and DEA of Private International Law and International Trade of the Sorbonne Law School.
  • Hauts-de-Seine Bar.
