Our Services
Our team possesses significant expertise in international commercial arbitration and investor-state arbitration (ISDS) and act in matters before all major arbitration institutions (ICC, LCIA, ICSID, etc.) and in ad hoc proceedings (UNCITRAL). We advise individual clients, companies, investors, sovereign states, public enterprises, and state-owned entities in commercial and investor-state arbitrations governed by French or foreign law, conducted in French or English.
Our international arbitration lawyers pair global, market‑leading experience with jurisdiction‑specific insight and a sophisticated understanding of key industries.
We have acted in arbitrations arising from disputes in numerous international jurisdictions, including France, across Europe, as well as in Africa, the Middle East, and beyond.
The team led by Jean-Fabrice Brun and Shane Daly also handles emergency proceedings, pre-arbitration (expert proceedings, etc.) and post-arbitration proceedings (enforcement, annulment of arbitral awards, etc.), as well as the enforcement and lifting of international sanctions.
Our Expertise
Our lawyers have handled cases across a wide range of sectors, including energy, telecommunications, mining, construction, textiles, banking, oil and gas, metallurgy, public utilities, media, hospitality, and intellectual property, as well as post-merger/acquisition disputes, joint ventures, shareholder disputes, and post-privatization litigation.
Our team also draws on the expertise of the specialized teams within the Africa Practice and the China Desk.
