Christophe Frionnet joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1997 and became a partner in 2009. 

He practices in direct taxation with a particular focus on taxation of corporate groups and non-profits, asset planning tax and property tax. He advises and represents clients during tax audits and litigation. 

He regularly assists groups with the tax aspects of HR management, including management packages, employee savings schemes, and profit-sharing plans. He also advises on leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and leveraged management buyouts (LMBOs).
