Claire assists local and international clients in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, including contracts for the purchase / sale of business (“cession de fonds de commerce”), distribution, franchising and commercial agency, as well as for sudden termination of established business relationships (“rupture de relations commerciales établies”).
