Damien CHATARD joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2016.

He holds a PhD in private law and is a specialist in labor law. He advises clients on all aspects of labor law, with a particular focus on collective relations (Collective bargaining and employee representation) and restructuring.

He has recognized expertise in industry-level collective bargaining and CSR policy.
