David Bensimon joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2026 as a partner. 

He specialises in commercial and office real estate, as well as in complex real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in the field of real estate investment, particularly acquisitions, sales of companies or real estate assets, and in the financing and the creation of real estate joint ventures.

He also advises clients on commercial leases, construction contracts and asset management.

Relevant experience

  • Advised a private investor in connection with the sale of shares in a company holding an asset located on 56 avenue Montaigne (75008) Paris. 
  • Advised Compagnie de Phalsbourg on (i) the €165,000,000 refinancing of The Village outlet mall located in Villefontaine; and (ii) the refinancing of existing debt for the My Place shopping center located in Sarcelles.
  • Advising a French group, one of the leading operators of nursing homes (EHPAD), in connection with: (i) a partnership transaction with PREIM and a sale & leaseback of a portfolio of 33 nursing homes (EHPAD) located in France; (ii) a sale-and-leaseback transaction with Primonial REIM concerning 5 nursing homes located in France; (iii) a forward-purchase (VEFA) transaction with PREIM for the acquisition of 2 nursing homes and adapted housing in serviced residences.
  • Advised Compagnie de Phalsbourg on the sale of the 36-room Soho House Paris (a high-end hotel and private members’ club) to Amundi Immobilier. 
  • Advised the joint venture formed by FREO Group and AnaCap Financial in connection with: (i) the financing of the acquisition and construction of a student residence in Puteaux for nearly €95 million, (ii) their acquisition of the Axe Etoile office building (Nanterre) from Catalyst Capital.
