Delphine Pannetier joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2001 and became a partner in 2025.

She practices in employment, labour and pensions law, focusing on managing litigation with the French social security administration, URSSAF for clients across various industries. Her practice includes pre-audit inspection, preparing for audit, and managing and monitoring out-of-court and in-court disputes. She has developed strong relationships with agencies and government bodies in the course of her work. 

Delphine Pannetier has extensive experience in employee health and safety risks, management of working time, international mobility, senior management, pay practices and employee savings schemes.
