Elodie Gomes joined CMS Francis Lefebvre’s litigation and Arbitration department in Jean-Fabrice Brun’s team, in 2024, after two years as an associate in a recognized Parisian firm specialized in international business litigation and enforcement.
She assists the firm's clients before state courts in civil, commercial, and criminal matters, as well as before disciplinary bodies. She also intervenes in domestic and international arbitration.
Additionally, she advises clients in the pre-litigation phase and in alternative dispute resolution methods.
