Florence Chérel joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2018 as a partner.
She practices in real estate law and advises investors, developers and planners on all aspects on all aspects of real estate law and public law. Her practice covers land (expropriation, occupation of the public domain), contractual arrangements (partnerships), monitoring of planning procedures, consideration of environmental requirements (environmental impact study, public inquiries), and applying for prior administrative authorisations (building permits, environmental permits).
Florence Chérel also has a litigation practice in public law (contracts, administrative authorizations, liability), which gives her a comprehensive understanding of administrative procedures and the related risk management.
