• Advice to several developers (in particular EDF-RE, Voltalia and AMEA Power) on the development of solar power projects in sub-Saharan Africa;
• Advice to Gridworks (BII), Eranove et AEE Power on the development and financing of the Moyi Power project, for the construction and operation of power generation plants (solar panels and battery storage) and distribution mini grids in the DRC;
• Advice to Eranove on the development and financing of a gas power plant in Togo;
• Advice to ENEO, the national utility of Cameroon, on the development of the 420MW Nachtigal hydroelectric power plant and associated transport facilities;
• Advice to Africa50 in setting up an investment platform, acquiring power plants and developing energy projects in Africa;

Relevants operations in Infrastructure & Projects: 

• Advice to Eramet and Meridiam on the Transgabonais railroad rehabilitation project; 
• Advice to VINCI Airports on: 
  - the acquisition of a stake in the Budapest Ferenc Liszt international airport;
  - the concession for the rehabilitation and operation of the Cape Verde airports;
  - the acquisition of a global airport portfolio, including Belfast International Airport, Stockholm Skavsta Airport, the Costa Rica's two major airports and several airport management contracts in the USA.
• Advice to the Republic of Serbia on the concession of Belgrade's Nikola Tesla international airport;
• Advice to Africa50, on the acquisition of a stake in an Ivorian company building and operating juxtaposed checkpoints in sub-Saharan Africa;
• Advice to Africa50 and Aéroports de Paris on a concession project for the modernization, expansion and operation of the Conakry international airport in Guinea;
• Advice to a key French player in the nuclear sector, on the renegotiation of a major waste treatment contract and potential litigation issues;
• Advice to the Government of Kazakhstan through IFIs on structuring and implementing a road concession scheme – This project consists of the financing, design, construction, and operation of the Almaty ring road in Kazakhstan, with a value of US$ 680m – It was the first large-scale PPP project ever implemented in Kazakhstan;
• Advice to a US investment fund on an investment in renewable energy projects in Senegal;
• Advice a project company on a 300 MW gas-fired power plant project in Mauritania.
