Geoffrey Levesque joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2018 and became a partner in 2023. He is head of the firm’s Project Financing practice.
He practices in infrastructure and energy project financing (greenfield and brownfield sites, public-private partnerships, private finance initiatives, acquisition financing, refinancing, and privatisation programmes) as well as in bank financing (corporate and investment grade credit facilities to acquisition financing, leveraged finance, and property financing, etc.).
His clients include industrial sponsors and investment funds, as well as lenders and institutional lenders.
Geoffrey Levesque works closely with the firm’s teams specialising in public law, energy law, environmental law, and corporate law.
