Ghislain Beaure d’Augères joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1994 and became a partner in 2003.

He practices in employment, labour and pensions law, with a focus on personnel management (covering civil servants, contract staff, temporary employees, etc.) in both the public and private sectors.

He assists public sector entities (state bodies, local authorities, public entities, etc.) that plan to embark on wide-ranging reorganisation projects while avoiding labour relations conflicts. He also advises private sector organisations (companies, associations, etc.) that employ civil servants and wish to explore the implications of an internal reorganisation for their personnel.

Ghislain Beaure d’Augères defends his clients in disputes arising from restructuring, including on employee representative bodies, freedom of movement for employee representatives in national defence companies, and compensation of public officials.
