Ghislain Beaure d'Augères joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1994 and became a partner in 2003. His background in both public law and employment law means that he has developed considerable expertise in the field of personnel management (civil servants, contractors, temporary workers, etc) working in both the public and private sectors. His legal practice has enabled him to put all his wide range of skills to work for public entities (government, local authorities public bodies, etc) wishing to made wide-ranging structural changes while maintaining good social relations and private-sector organisations (companies, associations, etc) that employ civil servants and who wish to weigh up the implications internal reorganisation will have for their personnel.  

Ghislain has protected the interests of many clients in litigation arising from restructuring; disputes regarding the setting up of employee representative bodies or the freedom of movement of employee representatives in organisations concerned with national defence, and the remuneration of public officials. His practice focuses mainly on public sector law and public sector employment law.
