Jean-Thomas Heintz joined CMS Francis Lefevbre in 2007. He has been a partner since 2010.
Jean-Thomas is a partner in the Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions team at CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon. He mainly works on mergers & acquisitions, including LBO operations, the implementation of joint ventures and project operations: advice for companies implementing projects and the negotiation of shareholders’ agreements.
He advises both French and foreign corporate groups as well as investment funds in their acquisition and sales transactions.He has also developed expertise in the area of patronage and non-profit organisations (business foundations, associations, etc.)
His main clients are regional or international businesses in the pharmaceutical, services, renewable energies and B2C commerce sectors.
