Practicing with CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon since 2002, Jérémy Duret is a lawyer specialized in direct taxation.

He deals with general tax issues for businesses, both local SMEs and international groups. He also deals with individual taxation, for private wealth taxation and for professional matters (tax issues of managers, incentives, and expatriates).

Besides from advising his clients, he has an extensive experience in dealing his clients’ relations with tax authorities (personal audits, negotiations, litigation).

He teaches tax law for Business law and Tax law Masters at University Lyon 3 Law School.
