Julien Delvallée is Of Counsel in the Legal Doctrine department of CMS Francis Lefebvre. He mainly advises the firm's lawyers and clients on corporate, commercial and contract law. He is the author of numerous publications in specialized legal journals. He joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in September 2019.

Julien is also a tenured associate professor in private law at the University of Paris-Saclay since 2018, where he teaches lectures and seminars on corporate law (general and special law in the bachelor’s degree and Master's program), insolvency proceedings law (Master's program), commercial law (Bachelor’s degree), contract law and civil liability law (Bachelor’s Degree and Master's program), and personal law. Previously, he was a contract lecturer at Université Paris 1 - Panthéon-Sorbonne for seven years.

He holds a Doctorate in Law – PhD (Université Paris 1) and a Master’s in Business and Economic Law (Université Paris 1
