Karim joined CMS Francis Lefebvre as a lawyer in the Employment Law Department in January 2021.

Holder of a Master 2 professional degree in labor law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (2016), Karim completed a year's apprenticeship in a law firm. He then worked as a legal expert in 2017 and obtained his lawyer’s degree in 2019.

Before joining CMS Francis Lefebvre, Karim worked as a lawyer for one year in a Parisian law firm.

He advises on labor law (individual and collective relations) and social security law, both in counseling and litigation.

He also holds a certificate as an accompanying lawyer in mediation, participatory procedure and collaborative law.
