Kelly Vilao joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2026. 

Before joining CMS Francis Lefebvre, she practiced as a lawyer for two years before taking up the position of Labor Law Counsel at Nexity. 

Her practice focuses on labor law for both French and foreign companies, advising on issues relating to individual and collective labor relations.
