Laurent Romano is a partner of CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon, in the Economic, Contract and Intellectual Property departments of the law firm.

Laurent Romano is active in the fields of economic law (competition, distribution and consumer law), contract law, intellectual property, information and technology law, and health law.

His client base comes mainly from the health products' industry (pharmaceutical products and medical devices), software and computer systems, chemical, metallurgy, engineering, renewable energies, catering and the food industry.

Laurent has been a lawyer since 1995, before which he worked for a major pharmaceutical company and as a lawyer in Canada, before joining CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon in 2004.
