Léa Sbriglio joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2017.
A specialist in direct taxation, she acts as a wealth tax adviser.
She advises family and executives of major corporations (french and international) on their tax strategies, including restructuring, sales and transfers of their personal and business assets.
She assists clients during tax audits and disputes with the tax authorities and also advises the wealth management departments of various French and foreign financial institutions.
Her areas of expertise include, in particular: income and wealth taxation (investment income, life insurance, property income, IFI) and taxation of transfers of assets without consideration (gifts, inheritance, Pacte Dutreil).
