Martine Audran has been a Legal Advisor in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats since 1987. For more than twenty years, Martine has assisted her clients in the management of their complex national and trans-national matters.
Specialising in company law and in Corporate/M&A, she covers all issues related to (i) acquisitions and equity investments: audits, pre-contractual agreements, acquisition contracts and warranty agreements, shareholders’ agreements, (ii) company group restructuring and reorganisations: financing operations (domestic and cross-border mergers, asset contributions and partial asset contributions, full transfer of net assets, etc.), equity-related transactions, etc., (iii) joint-ventures and industrial groupings in France and abroad.
Martine also advises and supports both French and foreign clients in company law and securities regulation.
