Martine Audran has been a Legal Advisor in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre since 1987. For more than twenty years, Martine has assisted her clients in the management of their complex national and trans-national matters.

Specialising in company law and in Corporate/M&A, she covers all issues related to (i) acquisitions and equity investments: audits, pre-contractual agreements, acquisition contracts and warranty agreements, shareholders’ agreements, (ii) company group restructuring and reorganisations: financing operations (domestic and cross-border mergers, asset contributions and partial asset contributions, full transfer of net assets, etc.), equity-related transactions, etc., (iii) joint-ventures and industrial groupings in France and abroad.

Martine also advises and supports both French and foreign clients in company law and securities regulation. Her clients benefit from the significant international financing and banking law experience she acquired at the beginning of her career. Martine advises listed and unlisted, French and foreign companies in all business sectors as well as fund-management companies.
