Mathieu Bombard joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon's employment law department in October 2019.
Mathieu advises and litigates in labor law, working alongside the firm's teams specializing in business criminal law and social welfare law. He mainly defends and represents companies before industrial tribunals, the courts and administrative authorities.
His practice covers both the legal aspects of individual and collective labor relations, in matters of individual litigation (challenges to termination of employment contracts, requests for re-qualification, reminders of wage claims, issues of discrimination, harassment or unequal treatment, opinions of fitness or unfitness from the occupational physician, fraud in respect of social legislation, etc.) and collective labor relations (collective bargaining, relations with IRPs, offence of obstruction, appointment of staff representatives, etc.).
He acts in particular on behalf of international companies and groups in the metallurgy, pharmaceutical, temporary work, hotel and sports sectors.
