Matias Labé joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2006 and became a partner in 2020.

He practices in tax law and advises French and international companies, particularly asset management companies and private equity funds, on all aspects of tax and represents them in litigation proceedings. 

Matias Labé also advises individuals on asset planning taxation. He supports banks’ private banking departments by assisting their clients and analysing the tax implications of their products.
