Nicolas Callies joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1990 and became a partner in 2001.  

He practices in employment, labour and pensions law and advises on collective bargaining, relationships with employee representatives, reorganisation and restructuring, collective disputes, terminating employment contracts, discrimination and harassment cases, individual disputes, social security administration (URSSAF) inspections and litigation, the status of senior executives, compensation packages, and employee saving plans.  

Nicolas Callies assists companies of all sizes, as well as employers’ federations in negotiations.
