Pascaline Neymond joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in June 2002 as Legal Knowledge Manager. She specializes in employment law. 

As a member of the Employment Department and the Doctrine team, her role is to identify, analyze and research the elements needed to provide concrete, operational answers to questions posed by lawyers on individual and collective labor relations. 

As a member of the Knowledge Management team, she provides legal and economic intelligence for the firm's lawyers and their clients. In this capacity, she writes and coordinates articles, organizes training courses, etc.

Relevant experience

  • Structured legal research and analysis tailored to the issues faced by teams/clients 
     
  • Legal watch (French, European and international labor law): drafting of summary notes for lawyers and monitoring of legislative files and case law to ensure genuine anticipation of legal developments. 
     
  • Contribute to the sharing, exchange and integration of knowledge by strengthening the link between sharing processes and information systems within the firm. 
     
  • Development and editorial responsibility for a “Droit social +” social mobile application aimed at the general public. 
     
  • Creation of a digital database listing all French, European and international legislation and regulations, case law, doctrine, etc. in the field of employment law.
