Pauline Biaggi joined the Tax Law Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2018.

As an expert in tax matters, her practice focuses on providing advice and on litigation in the following fields: corporate taxation and advice to individual clients.

Pauline advises French and international companies and managers in the implementation of their tax strategy (restructuring, tax treatment of transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, setting up and monitoring tax consolidation, etc.), but also in management and in tax audits and litigation.

Tax assistance to international restructuring and simplification of corporate group structures (IT sector, hotel industry, group of service companies, construction, etc.),
Tax assistance in France for foreign groups (particularly American and Chinese),
