Pierre-Benoît Drancourt joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2025. 

He advises developers, industrial players, international groups, and investment funds on the structuring and implementation of their infrastructure and energy projects, primarily in Africa and other emerging markets. 

His practice covers the negotiation and drafting of all project documentation, notably Public-Private Partnership (PPP) agreements, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts, Operation & Maintenance (O&M) agreements, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), and Joint Venture (JV) agreements. He also conducts acquisition due diligence for project finance and M&A transactions. Furthermore, he has developed expertise in power market mechanisms, including Nuclear Power Allocation Agreements (CAPN), guarantees of origin, capacity mechanisms, and aggregation.
