Pierre Maunand joined the Capital Markets team of CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2018, after having assisted the team during a six-month internship.
He advises corporate clients and financial institutions on capital market transactions, notably with respect to debt offerings (plain-vanilla and structured bond issuances, EMTN and CP programmes, covered bonds, debt restructuring and liability management transactions), share equity and equity-linked products (initial public offerings, preferred shares, convertible and exchangeable bonds, warrants, certificates, secondary offerings) and structured derivatives with an emphasis on equity derivatives transactions.
