Simon Jarry is a lawyer in the Inheritance Law Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre. He joined the firm in 2022.

The Department advises its clients on civil law (gifts, manual gifts, inheritance law, matrimonial law, joint possession law, dismemberment of ownership, life insurance and incapacity) and on wealth taxation (inheritance/gift taxation). The Department also assists them in the context of judicial litigation (divorces and conflictual inheritances) and tax disputes.
