Stivian Kostadinov joined CMS Francis Lefebvre's Litigation & Arbitration department in Jean-Fabrice Brun's team, in 2023, after having worked in two renowned Parisian law firms.
He assists the firm's clients before the state courts in civil, commercial and criminal matters, as well as before disciplinary bodies. He also advises on domestic and international arbitration.
He also regularly advises clients at the pre-litigation stage and in alternative dispute resolution.
