Vanessa Chiffert joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2004. She has developed an expertise in the field of French local and professional taxation. Her practice focuses on business tax for companies and local authorities, minimal subscription threshold for value added contributions (CFE and CVAE), property and land tax, tax on commercial, retail and warehouse premises in Ile-de-France and occupancy tax for both corporate and individual taxpayers and local tax on external advertising (TLPE).
