Victor Bardon joined the Litigation & Arbitration department of CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2025, joining the team led by Jean-Fabrice Brun, after gaining experience in business litigation at leading law firms.
He assists the Firm’s clients before state courts in civil, commercial, and criminal matters, as well as before disciplinary bodies. He also acts in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
In addition, he advises clients at the pre-litigation stage and in the context of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
