Vincent Lorieul

Vincent Lorieul is a lawyer in the Competition and European Law Department.

He is mainly involved in competition law (antitrust, merger control, unfair competition, restrictive practices), distribution policies and consumer law. Vincent acts on these issues before the administrative authorities (Competition Authority, European Commission, DGCCRF, regulatory authorities, etc.) as well as before the commercial and civil courts.

He advises and assists companies in various economic sectors (energy, consumer products, finance and insurance, audiovisual, online gambling, etc.).

Vincent Lorieul joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in December 2015.
