Yacine advises clients in the tax structuring of French and cross-border transactions. His practice covers all the tax issues relating to M&A, reorganizations, real estate transactions, and to the structuring of investment vehicles.
He also advises investors and entrepreneurs on their personal tax issues and represents clients before the French tax authorities and the French administrative and civil courts.
