Euro PP for Bird AM

Bird AM, a subsidiary of Groupe Réalités, a real estate development company, successfully completed a new bond issue in the form of a private placement (Euro PP), for an amount of €16,250,000,assimilated and forming a single part with the existing bonds issued on 30 November 2017 in the amount of €7,750,000.

The bonds bear interest at an annual rate of 6 % and are due on 30 November 2023. They are listed on Euronext Access.

This second issue constitutes for the Group a new significant step in continuing to strengthen its financial structure, extending the maturity of its debt and improving its financing costs.
